Privacy Statement

10 Behaviours is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who access its web sites. Please read the following policy for further details as to the types of information collected through 10 Behaviours web sites, including personal information and how it is treated.

Information collected by 10 Behaviours websites

10 Behaviours web sites gather information in two ways: (1) when you access our site (our technology logs site visitors), and (2) When you directly share your information with us (e.g., when you register the app, attend a programme, book coaching, or sign-up for a newsletter).

Information Collected When You Access Our Site(s)

10 Behaviours collects a variety of information pertaining to the use of its web sites. Specifically, we monitor site traffic volume and patterns, such as the number of visitors to a given site or page on a daily basis. This information is gathered through various means, such as an IP address, which is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are accessing the web. When you visit a page from 10 Behaviours, our servers log your computer's IP address.

Only designated administrators can access this information. It is used only for administrative and planning purposes to further understand the needs our users, to help us make appropriate changes to improve the content of the site, and to customise the content and/or layout of the site for individuals or groups of users.

Other types of information are stored in "cookies." Cookies are small files of electronic information that a web site can transfer to a visitor's hard drive to help that visitor while on the site. Some 10 Behaviours sites use cookies simply to store a user key code so that the user does not have to re-enter user information when revisiting the site. Although most web browsers accept cookies automatically by default, the decision of whether to accept them is yours.

Information Collected Directly

10 Behaviours also collects information that is voluntarily provided by site visitors, such as a name or e-mail address. It is entirely your decision to provide the requested information. Such personal data is collected when a site visitor registers with a site or requests web services/access to our online assessments. This information is kept totally confidential, and will be used only to contact you. You may choose to have this information removed at any time. We will never barter, trade, or sell access to our database of registered users.

In addition, 10 Behaviours stores data entered in the Deliberate Quotient (DQ)® Quiz to ensure cloud-based accessibility. We protect the privacy of this content as it relates to each user and do not make it available to your employer or any other sources.

Correcting and Changing User Information and Preferences

If you are receiving e-mail communications from 10 Behaviours but wish to discontinue this service, you may request to do so at any time by e-mailing us at office@10behaviours.com. You also have the option to request a revision of your user information at any time by e-mailing the requested changes to office@10behaviours.com.

Information Security

10 Behaviours employees and contractors understand the need for user privacy, and are bound by strong confidentiality regulations. We also maintain strict security procedures to protect your information. Access to user data is strictly limited and a log of those who have accessed the data is monitored to prevent security breaches.

Third-Party Information Storage

Some information is stored for 10 Behaviours by authorised third-party companies. These companies are carefully screened by 10 Behaviours and held to the highest privacy standards. We limit such third parties in their access to and use of your personal information, and like 10 Behaviours, they will never sell access to your information.

10 Behaviours web sites / apps may contain links to sites owned and/or operated by other organisations, and the privacy policies of those sites may differ from that of 10 Behaviours. These sites may collect data and make use of it in ways that 10 Behaviours does not. We encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on all third-party sites.
